Today was a historic day in the life of our organization. Today, Illinois Fathers was graced with, who can be considered the pioneer if not the father of our movement, Dr. Stephen Baskerville. Dr. Baskerville was the keynote speaker of Illinois Fathers 2nd Annual Fatherless Day Rally. His speech focused on the causes of fatherlessness and some of the issues that prevent us from reversing this dilemma. He also stressed establishing a relationship with the media and making sure you are a part of an organization. One telling remark he made was that government was funding unconstitutional laws like VAWA ( the Violence Against Women Act).

There were many other speakers who gave very moving and passionate speeches as well. There was Mike Doherty of CRC who stated that fathers have been relegated to a position of uncle. Carrie Adams spoke about not seeing her kids in six years and all she had been put through and there wasn’t a dry eye in the area. Tony Taylor of Fathers for Justice spoke about the corruption in the system and that there are judges and legislators who know these things are going on and refuse to do anything.

Our hats go off and we give a big thank you to the two candidates who showed up, Lex Green, Libertarian candidate for Illinois Governor and LeAlan Jones, Green Party candidate for U.S, Senate. Both of these candidates were for Equally Shared Parenting and for less government involvement in family matters. Mr. Jones is the father of two boys he adopted and Mr. Green has been through the divorce process and understands our issues as his ex-wife gave him problems with their children in the divorce. These are two gentlemen you may want to find out more about.

We also want to thank the media that came out and covered the event. TV News Stations 17 out of Decatur and Channel 20 from Springfield were there early to cover the rally. An IRN Radio reporter and State Journal – Register newspaper reporter was there to cover the candidates’ forum that afternoon. We appreciate them taking the time and also for making this issue of fatherlessness a priority. We are making changes.

I guess the one factor that lets me know this was a success was not all the people who showed up in attendance, not all the media that covered the events nor the candidates who showed and the others who didn’t but claimed they wished they could. What makes it all worthwhile is after we were finished, a man that worked for the state Capitol Building came up and grab me by the arm and said, “Thank you for not letting this issue die and keeping it going. I went through this same thing with my ex and had to spend five days in jail because the judge took everything from me and wanted me to still give my ex-wife half my pension when she had 50,000.00 dollars in the bank saved up, gave me her 17,000.00 dollar lawyer bill and our kids”. Knowing that we just gave somebody else hope gained another voice, that’s what lets me know we were successful. There were also numerous motorists, bus drivers, and truck drivers who would honk their horns and give us a thumbs up as they drove by our Rally at the Lincoln Statue.

If you weren’t there you missed it, but we have a lot coming up. On July 3, the Illinois Family Law Committee will be voting on everything. Custody, Child support the whole works. We may not get 50/50 split, which is what Illinois Fathers wants when it’s all said and done, but judging from the votes of last week’s meeting, we will still get a minimum of 35% time. The board of Illinois Fathers was taped for television show Captions in Peoria, IL with shows that will air on July Fourth and July Seventh. Board member General Parker will be in Washington, DC next week to lobby against VAWA and reforms to repeal mandatory arrest. On November 16, mark your calendars. We want as many members as possible to show up in Springfield to lobby our legislators to accept the Illinois Family Law Committee’s recommendation for the increase in custody time for non-custodial parents. We will keep you apprised of any other events as we are made aware of them.

We want to thank all you have contributed to our fundraising campaign and want you realize all the work we do for you so you know your support is being put good use and is effective. A special thanks goes out to Mike Doherty and CRC and Carrie Adams with Laps for Love. All these organizations working collaboratively with Illinois Fathers helps us to achieve our goals and get these courts turned around and our kids back where they belong. And its going to take the efforts of all us working together, not apart, to win this battle. Just like the civil rights struggle in the 60’s and Equal Rights for women, we need the efforts of all these organizations to help fight on all fronts to be victorious. Despite all of the positives from our Fatherless Day Rally, we must admit that more attendance from our membership would have made the event even more successful. Our turnout was respectable, yet it paled in comparison to the crowds we have seen from various groups such as the Tea Parties, The Gun Rights people, and others. If you have not yet attended an Illinois Fathers event, please try to do so during the next 12 months. If we could all show up for just one event a year, it would go a long way towards educating the general public, the media and our elected officials that something is very wrong with the family court system.

We are inviting you our friends and your families to join us on Saturday April 24 , 2010 at 6 :30 p.m. The location is the Markham Courthouse and our gathering will be on the North East side of Kedzie . There is a driveway that leads you into the parking lot and you must turn either left if headed south on Kedzie or right if you are headed north on Kedzie . The predicted weather forecast of rain /storms may warrant us to gather briefly outdoors but then also go indoors at a location nearby to eat and fellowship if we need to .

A memorable national event on April 25 , 2010 joins people and communities from across the entire United States and abroad to declare *Parental Alienation Awareness Day* .

There are families who are kept apart from one another . There are children who are taken from their parents and never returned .

Illinois Family Law Study Committee - Family's Rally - Chicago

     Our Saturday April 10th event taking place in Chicago represents the best opportunity we have ever had to influence the family law system here in Illinois. The Illinois Family Law Study Committee is meeting that morning and we are holding our event in order to let the committee see that there are many of us who are not happy with the way the system is currently forcing parents away from their children. The Illinois Family Law Study Committee was formed for the purpose of examining the current system and proposing changes to the system. Once this process is done, the legislature probably will not want to revisit this issue anytime soon. You can rest assurred that our opposition has had a voice in this process.

     Like our website home page says, "This is where the rubber meets the road". In our quest to fulfill our responsibilities as parents, we of course see the right and mostly the wrong of what is happening in the family courts. We must take a little time to step back however and view the politics of all this. Simply put, we have allowed our opposition to thump us politically for many years. The Morning of Saturday April 10th is when we can demonstrate to our elected officials that Illinois Parents are fed up with being forced out of their childrens lives.

    Our next scheduled event is for Wednesday, February 17th at the Peoria County Courthouse. Back in November, Judge Richard McCoy responded to Pro Se litigant David Ihben's request for shared parenting time positively by encouraging the Mother to step outside the courtroom and work out a shared time parenting arrangement with the Father (David Ihben). This shared parenting agreement was in place and working out quite well for 6 weeks.

     During a December 11th hearing that was supposedly for other issues, the Judge did a complete reversal on his earlier shared parenting speech, and instead made the familiar statement, "if thw two of you cannot work together, then I have no choice other than to give full custody to the mother and visitation to the father." Our member, David Ihben, explained that he was holding out his hand to work together with the Mother, and that the shared parenting agreement had worked without any problems during its 6 week duration. But because the Mother took the stance that she "could not work together with the Father", the Judge took the shared parenting agreement away from the Father. Keep in mind that typically, a Judge will not change a custody arrangement without a major change in circumstances having had occurred.

     David is in the process of taking this decision reversal to the appelate court. Part of this process is going through the hearing with Judge McCoy that is called a motion to reconsider. On February 17th, at the Peoria Courthouse at 2:30 in the afternoon, David intends to present as evidence the transcript of Judge McCoys own words where he praises shared parenting.

     We are asking our membership to consider showing up on the afternoon of Wednesday, February 17th at the Peoria County Courthouse. We will start by conducting a peaceful protest outside the courthouse beginning at 1pm. At 2:15, we will move inside the courtroom to witness the hearing.

    If David and Illinois Fathers can find some success in reinstating David's original shared parenting arrangement, it would be an excellent precedent setting case that the rest of us can use. Please consider taking the time to attend the important event at the Peoria Courthouse on the afternoon of Wednesday, February 17th. The Peoria County Courthouse is located in Peoria on the corner of Jefferson and Main.

     Also taking place next week, the RADAR organization will be conducting a major lobbying effort and media effort called ABUSEGATE. The purpose of ABUSEGATE is to shine some light on the problem of rampant false accusations, restraining order abuses, and other abuses of fathers, families and children that are currently taking place. Early next week we will release more information about how you can help.
     One last thing, we are holding a support group meeting the evening of Monday, February 22nd at the Urbana Public Library (Champaign area). The meeting will begin at 6:30pm. A big thank you goes out to member Ms. Joni Cox for arranging this support group meeting in her area. We hope to see you there !

A Hidden Crime: Domestic Violence Against Men Is a Growing Problem - DailyFinance

Amid the media frenzy over Tiger Woods and Bengals receiver Chris Henry, a key aspect of both stories slipped through the cracks: Like millions of other men, Woods and Henry were -- allegedly at least -- the victims of domestic violence perpetrated by their wives or girlfriends. Beyond its brutal physical and psychological costs, domestic violence against men exacts a cruel economic toll at the personal, societal and national levels.For the most part, the media, authorities and average citizens see domestic violence as a crime that is committed by men and victimizes women. Consequently, funding to combat the problem has overwhelmingly been spent on programs that support women.

Widely Ignored Problem

And yet, more than 200 survey-based studies show that domestic violence is just as likely to strike men as women. In fact, the overwhelming mass of evidence indicates that half of all domestic violence cases involve an exchange of blows and the remaining 50% is evenly split between men and women who are brutalized by their partners.

Part of the reason that this problem is widely ignored lies in the notion that battered males are weak or unmanly. A good example of this is the Barry Williams case: Recently, the former Brady Bunch star sought a restraining order against his live-in girlfriend, who had hit him, stolen $29,000 from his bank account, attempted to kick and stab him and had repeatedly threatened his life.

It is hard to imagine a media outlet mocking a battered woman, but E! online took the opportunity to poke fun at Williams, comparing the event to various Brady Bunch episodes. Similarly, when Saturday Night Live ran a segment in which a frightened Tiger Woods was repeatedly brutalized by his wife, the show was roundly attacked -- for being insensitive to musical guest Rihanna, herself a victim of domestic violence.

Lack of Research

Sometimes it is impossible to ignore the problem, but when domestic violence against men turns deadly -- as in the case of actor Phil Hartman -- the focus tends to shift to mental illness. The same can be said of the Andrea Yates case, which many pundits presented as the story of how an insensitive husband can drive a wife to murder.

Much of the information on domestic violence against men is anecdotal, largely because of the lack of funding to study the problem. Although several organizations explore domestic violence, the biggest single resource is the Department of Justice, which administers grants through its Office on Violence Against Women.

For years, the DOJ has explicitly refused to fund studies that investigate domestic violence against men. According to specialists in this field, the DOJ recently agreed to cover this problem -- as long as researchers give equal time to addressing violence against women.

First National Study

Researchers Denise Hines and Emily Douglas recently completed the first national study to scientifically measure the mental and social impact of domestic violence on male victims. Interestingly, their research was funded by the National Institutes of Mental Health, not the DOJ. Not only does this demonstrate the lack of resources for researchers of this issue, but it also suggests that male battering is perceived as a mental health issue, not a crime.

This decriminalization of domestic violence against men affects research conclusions. While survey-based studies have found that men and women commit domestic violence in equal numbers, crime-based studies show that women are far more likely to be victimized. This inconsistency begins to make sense when one considers that man-on-woman violence tends to be seen through a criminal lens, while woman-on-man violence is viewed more benignly

A recent 32-nation study revealed that more than 51% of men and 52% of women felt that there were times when it was appropriate for a wife to slap her husband. By comparison, only 26% of men and 21% of women felt that there were times when it was appropriate for a husband to slap his wife. Murray Straus, creator of the Conflict Tactics Scale and one of the authors of the study, explained this discrepancy: "We don't perceive men as victims. We see women as being more vulnerable than men."

Kneed In The Groin

This trend becomes particularly striking when one considers the 1996 case of Minnesota Vikings quarterback Warren Moon, who tried to restrain his wife after she threw a candlestick at his head and kneed him in the groin. Subsequently charged with spousal abuse, he was only acquitted after his wife admitted that she attacked him -- and that her wounds were self-inflicted. Ironically, her admission of fault did not result in charges being brought against her.

While Moon's trial was particularly high profile, his situation is actually very common. In fact, studies have found that a man who calls the police to report domestic violence is three times more likely to be arrested than the woman who is abusing him.

The mainstream perception of domestic violence also impacts the resources that are available to battered men. For example, the Domestic Abuse Helpline for Men and Women, the only national toll-free hot line that specializes in helping male victims of domestic violence, has faced numerous roadblocks in its search for funding. In Maine, where the helpline is based, the surest route to funding is through membership in the Maine Coalition to End Domestic Violence.

On A Shoestring

But, according to Helpline director Jan Brown, the Coalition refused to even issue the program an application for membership, effectively denying it access to funding. Today, 45 Helpline volunteers field 550 calls per month, 80% of which are from men or people who are looking for help on behalf of a man. Operating with a yearly budget of less than $15,000, it provides intensive training to its workers and offers victims housing, food, bus tickets and a host of other services.

The Helpline's sheltering services are informal and ad hoc, largely because its lack of access to funding makes a shelter financially impossible. In fact, of the estimated 1,200 to 1,800 shelters in the U.S., only one -- the Valley Oasis shelter in Antelope Valley, Calif. -- provides a full range of shelter services to men. And, on average, less than 10% of OVW funds allocated to fight domestic violence are used to help men.

For male victims of domestic violence, the legal system can become another tool for abuse. As in the Moon case, battered men are often likely to find themselves arrested, even when they are the ones who call the police. And, even after the arrest, the process of incarceration, restraining orders, divorce court and child custody hearings continue to disadvantage men.

A High Cost

Restraining orders are a particularly difficult hurdle. Radar Services, a watchdog organization, estimates that approximately 85% of the roughly 2 million temporary restraining orders that are issued every year are made against men. In many states, the requirements for an order are exceedingly vague: In Oregon, for example, a "fear" of violence is sufficient for a restraining order, while Michigan issues them to protect family members against "fear of mental harm."

But there's nothing vague about the effect of restraining orders: They often turn men out of their homes, deny them access to children and result in further personal costs as millions of men have to find new places to live, hire lawyers and pay other expenses. For some men, as Hines and Brown point out, the legal system gives abusive wives and girlfriends tools to continue attacks even after their relationships end.

As Straus notes, "The preponderance of [domestic violence] resources should be made available to women. They are injured more often, are more economically vulnerable, and are often responsible for the couple's children. That having been said, more resources need to be made available to men."

There is no doubt that domestic violence against men can be reduced; the domestic violence initiatives of the past 40 years have brought a hidden crime to light and provided protection for millions of women. The next step is to admit that domestic violence is not a male or female problem, but rather a human problem, and that a lasting solution must address the cruelty -- and suffering -- of both sexes.

"Bill Stoneking of Chicago is in a Clay County Missouri jail today for allegedly directly emailing a judge. Bill thinks that his email must have been hacked. Judge Chamberlain sentenced him to 45 days in jail without the possibility of bond. The emails concerned are available. They are not threatening in any nature, but rather point out that the newest order in his case is basically unconstitutional, and possibly even criminal.

It seems to me that if the judge wanted to punish him, maybe a fine, or maybe a weekend in jail would have been adequate. 45 days is excessive, especially without the possiblity of bond. This court seems to me to be saying, SHUT UP AND PAY YOUR CHILD SUPPORT. 45 days will ruin this father. 45 days isn't in anyone's best interest, especially since the mom is currently unemployed. It certainly isn't in the best interest of Bill's little girl Alexis. If the judge didn't want emails directly to him, they could have simply been deleted.

Give them a call to let them know you want to know more, that this is newsworthy, and that you find this action by judge chamberlain deplorable. Is 2 Hours Enough?

Is it possible to have a court award of only 2 hours time with your son every week? Is it possible to be forced into a center that charges $30 an hour to watch you play patty cake with your two year old son? Is it possible for that visitation center to be filled with empty beer bottles? Is it possible this is in the best interests of our children?

Apparently so in the Markham Courthouse in Cook County (Chicago).

Illinois Fathers would like to bring your attention to Mr. Kerry Sandusky. Kerry has a two year old son, who was born out of wedlock. Shortly before the birth of his child, Kerry's ex-girlfriend moved away with his son. After refusing all visitation to Kerry for nearly a year, Kerry pursued visitation rights in the courtroom. Following the usual litigation routine that most non-custodial parents undergo, Kerry was ordered to have a home study that revealed he had a broken porch step on his property. Kerry has since moved away from this property, however, after spending much needed money on an attorney as well as investing much of his time, the Judge in his case authorized Kerry to spend a mere 2 hours a week of supervised visitation time with his son in a certified visitation center.

This based solely on the condition that the opposing attorney requested a psychological evaluation and the home study identified a broken porch step. We have not been able to identify any proof of any psychological conditions having ever existed on Kerry's behalf to warrant such a request. The problem, as we sees it, is that Kerry has not done anything wrong, or even been accused of doing anything that would justify he and his son being limited to the 2 hours a week of supervised visitation. Of great concern is that at 2 years old, this child is at the formative stages of his life. This is the time that this child defines his parental relationships and its highly questionable how that can occur at only 2 hours a week. There's no doubt that significant damage to the relationship between Kerry and his son has already occurred due to the extremely limited time they see each other, but what happens if this extremely limited time is allowed to continue? So we ask the question, "Is 2 hours enough?"

Kerry does not have the funds to afford a high paced attorney and without a generous out flowing of emotional support from the community, we fear that his relationship with his son is in danger. Illinois Fathers and their members have attempted to find alternatives to this course of action by volunteering our time to supervise Kerry at no cost on our own time, however, our members' attempts were refuted by the Judge. All this is despite the condition of the visitation center that the Court orders Kerry to go to. Kerry has photographed a barrel full of empty beer bottles(available here) in the visitation center, and he has also noted that the A/C and heat do not even work. Instead, they provide a space heater. Certainly, the love of a parent and a broken step is better than these conditions at a visitation center with beer and no heat. We question, highly, if this is in the best interests of this child!

Illinois Fathers has been unable to find an e-mail address for Judge Martin D. Coghlan, who is the Judge in Kerry's case. However, Kerry's case has been written about before in both the Kankakee newspaper, and also a Cook County Newspaper, (The Daily Southtown). We are encouraging our membership to contact both of these newspapers and ask a simple question, "Is 2 hours enough?". Letters to Judge Coghlan and phone calls to the court house are also highly encouraged. Note that they will probably not respond via phone, but simply ask to leave the message in regards to Kerry's case, "Is 2 hours enough?".

Fathers-4-Justice™ U.S. (F4J) board member Donald Tenn is traveling to the MacDougall-Walker Correctional Institution in Suffield, Connecticut to meet with wrongfully imprisoned Bill Coleman as part of the Fathers 4 Justice, "No Jail For Being A Dad" campaign.

Bill Coleman is on a hunger strike because, he says, "The justice system is broken and corrupt!" Coleman also stated, "I am protesting a broken judicial system that is incapable of providing justice as well as protesting the State of Connecticut assisting in the abuse of my children. Having explored every avenue, to save my children and prove my innocence, I now believe the system is not an option for the truth to come out; and I choose to fight to the maximum with my life."

Coleman's ex-wife told police in 2002 that he raped her and a jury convicted him in 2005 of sexual assault in a spousal relationship, unlawful restraint, breach of peace, second-degree threatening and sixth-degree larceny, without any physical evidence. Coleman, 49, was given a 15-year prison sentence, suspended after he serves eight years, on his wife's testimony alone. Coleman says she falsely accused him to gain the upper hand in their child custody case. She never had a medical exam which would have included a rape kit. He passed a lie detector test, but it wasn't admissible as evidence in Connecticut.

Coleman's defense attorney, Michael Gannon had his license to practice law suspended in June 2007, yet Coleman's request for a retrial has not been approved.

Coleman, a British citizen is incarcerated in Suffield's McDougall-Walker prison, where officials want to resume force-feeding. The American Civil Liberties Union of Connecticut is assisting Coleman. Jamil Dakwar, director of the ACLU Human Rights Program wrote that "brutally force-feeding" Coleman violated his basic human rights and his right to make a political statement by refusing food.

A rally will be held in support of Bill Coleman on October 2, 2009 from 11 am to 6 pm at the prison.

What has gone on as most of you know I have been alienated for several yrs now . I lived at one point for nearly 3 yrs . down 3 street lights from my kids - no visits - no nothing . That's a pretty clear criminal offense by the Court.

The operative words here to determine "conclusive" are "that have been unnecessary"

A parent like that does this does not love their child. As stated in other postings, Mr. Stoneking's child was almost killed in a car accident at the hands of his ex, on father's day, June 15th, 2008, that required his daugther's removal from the car with the jaws of life. Again, that is not a parent that loves their child. Again, evidence contradictory to the tap dance of the Court. This obviously isn't about the best interest of the child, that is extremely clear and certain.

It's an election year, Ladies and Gentlemen. And the new judge in town, David Chamberlain is no different that Judge K. Elizabeth Davis. Both condone when a mother abuses a child. So, on election day, Say No to allowing them to keep their jobs. This order drafted by the GAL was in fact forwarded to Senator Dick Durbin.

Note: Shirley Lincoln has been found guilty of contempt before and no fined a single dime, not made to pay for any of the damage that results from her behavior.

When we look at the case of Stoneking v. Stoneking in CV102-003615 and CV102-003615-01 in Clay County Missouri and we look at the evidence that demonstrates gross sexual abuse of a small child by the mother, and the fact that the Court has not changed custody. Here we see how deeply seeded the prejudice against fathers is in that Courthouse of Horrors. Or, we see more clearly a problem that is perpetuated solely for the flow of revenue into the pockets of the friends of the Judge. We also see that child abuse is not only condoned, but it will remain that way for a long time unless the Clay County Voter gets rid of the Good Old Boys who harm children. As well, Crime Pays. In Stoneking v. Stoneking, the perpetrator mother not only got away with abusing the small child, she got a pay raise and no penalties for being found in contempt for violating child custody orders. Crime not only pays, a pay raise is an incentive to keep up the abuse.

Let's take a look at the trend of child abuse and neglect statistics for the past 10 years and see who harms children the most, shall we? Depicted below is the 10 year data trend for you, year by year. Is Clay County solving an abuse problem? With a perpetrator like Shirley Anne Lincoln, the answer is NO. Clay County Family Court Prompts Free Book to 72,000 Voters

When Chicago father Bill Stoneking wrote his book, "The Diary of a Patient Man, A Father's Struggle", it was intended to raise awareness of domestic violence against fathers and their children that gets condoned in the Clay County Family Court System. It has had success in raising the voices of families that have continually been wronged by the Court and the practices of "The Good Old Boy Network." Released in October 2006, nothing in Clay County has changed. The author's daughter who was abused by his ex, has once again been abused and once again, the medical evidence and track record of an abuser ignored.

"It appears that the book has had it successes with men and women calling from from Clay County and surrounding areas." Stoneking said, "but it appears that the volume on cleaning out the Courthouse and sending a message to the good old boys that when a woman abuses a child, you change custody, you don't condone it and when a woman abuses a man, you don't condone that either needs to be turned up."

On April 30th, 2009, Shirley Anne Lincoln (amongst one of her many names) was found guilty of contempt of court for violating Child Custody Orders for the umpteenth time. This was the second time she's been found guilty of contempt and as with the first finding, she did not draw even a slap on the wrist. Despite her abuse of the CPS system which led to Platte County Family Services - Children's Division, Synergy Systems and Children's Mercy Hospital testifying against her, with medical records and testimony stating "Based on clearly demonstrated behavior, conflict will continue so long as there is shared custody of a child", the behavior was condoned.

The behavior was not only condoned, but this abuse, defined by law as "Child Abuse" was in fact rewarded and encouraged, the future conduct, based on the historical behavior is again facilitated and again enabled. Child abuse in Clay County keeps the dollars rolling in the pockets of the lawyers, and the best interest of the child keeps getting ignored.

"This practice of allowing a woman to damage a child in Clay County needs to come to a screeching halt." Stoneking said, "and they have to stop blaming a father's anger which results from the exclusive conduct of the mother. They need to address the cause, not the result."

With over 50 child custody violations in 7 years, subjecting a little girl to numerous invasive sexual abuse examinations, psychotically having formal hearings with the school board in attempts to circumvent court orders, school board policies and federal laws, and even calling the secret service on Mr. Stoneking on several occasions to harass him, making false police reports to airport police to harass Mr. Stoneking's departure from kansas City with his daughter while violating an active order of protection shows a well defined pattern of domestic violence that seems to be just fine with the Clay County Court System. Behavior, mind you, that would strip a man of custody (if he had it) and have him prosecuted for aggravated stalking and child abuse, is ignored with the woman does it.

Stoneking added "if the laws are enforced, and violent and abusive women held accountable in total, this type of conflict gets significantly abated, but so far, the practice of the prosecutors and judges have been to perpetuate and escalate this dysfunctional violence."

With the ongoing failures of the Family Court System in Clay County Missouri, Bill Stoneking announced today, May 19th, that to help educate the voters in Clay County Missouri of the tragedy that the Clay County Family Court RICO operation is, his book, "The Diary of a Patient Man, A Father's Struggle" is being offered free in electronic format to all 72,000+ registered voters in Clay County Missouri.

Stoneking also announced that there is a follow up book in the works which names the other game players in this racket that joined up after his first book was released. "If you've participated in helping the harm that is placed on my daughter continue, your name is in the book and the public will know who you are" Stoneking added, " I said STOP the behavior that harms my daughter and I said NO to abuse.' What part of those words did they not understand?" Stoneking questioned.

"Society scorns the type of behavior my ex has engaged in and several other courts provide substantial case law that defines her conduct as child abuse, but in Clay County, the law and evidence is repeatedly ignored. Perhaps the attitudes of the judges will change once we change the judges in the Courthouse." Stoneking added, "because let's face it, those judges that are there we're picked by their buddies who are there and they protect their own, not our children so raising our voices isn't a solution. Replacing the body in the chair replaces the attitude that comes with it. "

"This is about fathers, children and families and the practice of perpetuating conflict for judicial economic gain needs to end. We want solutions, not protracted and vexatious litigation. Enough is enough." Stoneking stated, "Your votes count in theory, so on Election Day, for the Judicial Retention Ticket in Clay County Missouri, wipe the slate clean. For every judge listed, when you see the question, 'Shall we retain...?' The sweeping answer is 'NO.' We the people are the human resources department and our children deserve a better attitude in the Judiciary and better results from it."

Drew Peterson Arrested? Please, Release Him (At least for a little bit?)

Thursday, May 7th, 2009 marked a sad day for some of us, especially Chicago Father, Bill Stoneking who is the author of the autobiography, "The Diary of a Patient Man, A Father's Struggle" (order here) . That day, Drew Peterson, former Bolingbrook Illinois police sergeant was arrested and charged with first degree murder of his third wife, Kathleen Savio. His fourth wife Stacy remains missing.

After seven years of fighting for custody of his daughter and dealing with a psycho (read Mr. Stoneking's book, and you'll see that psycho is truly an understatement. Mr. Stoneking's ex is the reason Pfizer puts the suicidal side effect in Prozac to begin with) of an ex who has accused Mr. Stoneking of everything from planting drugs "inside the gas tank of her car" to being a threat to national security and everything else in between, April 30th, 2009 showed another catastrophic failure in Clay County Missouri Family Court. Mr. Stoneking's ex, found guilty of contempt for violating child custody orders and that was about it. She didn't even get a pat, let alone slap on the wrist.

With the repeated failures of the court, Mr. Stoneking's only hope to end seven years of dealing with a real life Annie Wilkes (click here) seemed to rest with knowing his ex was preying on other men, and using the internet to do it and there he could find her perfect match. Playing Match maker with the right guy that could only love her the way she truly needs to be love seemed to be a great idea AND totally possible. But even that ray of light dimmed and those hopes were quickly dashed. May 7th, Drew Peterson arrested.

When reached for comment on the Peterson arrest, Mr. Stoneking was quoted as saying "You know, this is a sad day, a very sad, sad day. I've been trying to set my ex up with Drew for months now and this has to happen? Really, if you look at Drew and my ex, you know they'd hit it off right away. They were made for each other. And really, you truly know that Drew would have loved her 'for the rest of her life'...and in his own special way."

Disclaimer: Know here that we at the Family Court Violence Blog don't condone violence or abuse (unlike the Clay County Family Court in Liberty Missouri that lets mothers molest children) but we find a place where humor can be used to deal with the horror for at least a short mental band-aid to alleviate stress. Our hearts go out to the both the families of Kathleen Savio and Stacy Peterson, but also, given the tragedy that Shirley Anne Lincoln has proven to be in CV102-003615 and CV102-003615-1 in Clay County Missouri, we can't hold back on using comedy to combat her ongoing abuse facilitated by the Court system.

By now you've already had significant time to research Mr. Stoneking's ex and to see that she is simply, as the trial court records, police reports, Department of Family Services and several other agencies show, a mentally disturbed and violent woman. She also uses online dating services, such as Plenty of Fish to search for her prey. She's also wised up to the fact that her true monstrosity is public and trying to be sneaky and hide herself behind a new mask.

As you'll notice, there are two cows here, but only one has horns.

As you've seen here her personal's parody, be made aware that on Match.Com, she's seeking her next fool. Yes, her screen name there is "oncearound65" She tries to be sneaky and say that she lives in Weatherby Lake but she's really in Parkville.

Also, don't let her verbiage lull you into a false sense of security. With three ex husbands, she preys on that and that is why we, the contributing editors of this blog serve you, the dating public, both men and women so that you may not wind up the unwitting prey of an abuser.

If you wish to know more about "oncearound65", simply call the Platte County sheriff's Department or Platte County Family Services, Children's Division. Better yet, utilize the freedom of information, known in Missouri as "The Sunshine Law" to access the records of the Clay County Circuit Court, Liberty Missouri."

"oncearound65" loves to claim she's a Christian, but that is her mask. She also deceptively puts on her newest tap that her body type is "about average." Honestly, she has a rather large superstructure and ounce for ounce and pound for pound, she's the most evil, deceptive and distorted person you'll meet. Don't be shy to ask around where she used to live, don't be shy to ask the Sheriff's deputies that have been to her house. Or, most certainly, you can find one of her three ex husbands that can tell you the nightmare she is.

"oncearound65" loves to claim that she's a great mother, but she uses children as possessions and a financial means. The youngest she constantly doles off on her mother, her older three kids of a first marriage call all of her dates "SKIP" because they all skip out on her because she's mentally unstable and as all three husbands would tell you, violent and volatile.

To the men who may find dipping into a tub of lard fun, be cautious. Since she was 18 years old she loves to play the pregnancy card to make you feel trapped and helpless. Like a useless cat, she has been spayed, so if you happened to get stupid and (ewwwwww, ick) sleep with it, it can't get knocked up. Make sure to wash off your johnson with Lava soap, perhaps laundry soap and even industrial bleach and then run like hell and don't look back.

Also, this predator plays kindness for weakness and two of her three husbands were disabled, so she tends to prey on the perceived weak. So, if you happen to read this and have a medical condition and she's being all lovey dovey, it's not you, she's after your social security disability.

But don't take our word for it, ask her third ex husband Michael's Mother. After manipulating him into committing a domestic battery, she stole his ATM card and refused to give it to her husband's mother. She then told Michael Lincoln's mother that she intends to see him in jail for no less than three years and his social security disability sent directly to her. She isn't out looking for love, she is a parasite seeking a new host.

This again has been a public service announcement supported by trial court records, police reports and the records of Child Protective Services and numerous other government agencies.

Flouting Her Financial Damage, Lincoln Uses The Child As A Pawn Again

Liberty, MO- May 5th, 2009--On April 30th, 2009, Judge David P. Chamberlain found Shirley Anne Lincoln guilty of contempt of court for violating child custody orders. He fined her not, he made her pay no costs, he did what other judges have done in the past. He ignored medical records and CPS files and testimony that show that she had committed vicious and malicious acts of child abuse as defined by substantial case law.

Part of the medical record evidence came in the way of Children's Mercy Hospital medical records and testimony that stated, "Based on consistently demonstrated behavior, conflict will continue as long as they share custody of a child." These records were the observations of the licensed master social workers who have watched for several years as Shirley Lincoln stomped her feet with false allegations of abuse as her vehicle to violate child custody orders.

On April 30th, 2009, Judge David P. Chamberlain concluded a four day trial in which Mr. Stoneking had several witnesses that included the Platte County Sheriff's Department, Platte County Family Services, Children's Division, Synergy Services, Children's Mercy Hospital and Ms. Lincoln's first husband. Ms. Lincoln's third ex husband made himself scarce as the child's medical records showed that Ms. Lincoln and her third husband both acted to violate court orders and obstruct Mr. Stoneking's access to his daughter's medical records.

The only witness for Ms. Lincoln was a Dr. Gail Vaughn who is facing legal action for participating in abusing Mr. Stoneking's daughter and a professional witness disqualified in one question, "Dr. do you have a license to practice psychology in the state of Missouri?" Dr. Vaughn answered that question, "No."

In the end, Ms. Lincoln again, is found guilty of contempt for violating child custody orders. She is warned to never take the child to see Dr. Vaughn ever again. She is then rewarded for her abuse by retaining child custody. Her future conduct encouraged by receiving an increase in child support.

Mr. Stoneking meanwhile, he's awarded 10 additional weekends (three weeks) with his child. Five to be had in Chicago, Five to be had in violation of Article 4, Sec. 2, Cl. 1 of the United States Constitution, in Kansas City, for no reason. Mr. Stoneking is awarded three weeks of time that he cannot facilitate due to the financial damage and expenses incurred as a result of the domestically violent conduct of Shirley Anne Lincoln.

Where child support should have abated (RSMo 452.410.2) and "Custody and visitation rights ...ordered in a manner that best protects the child and the parent or other family or household member who is the victim of domestic violence from any further harm" by Lincoln (RSMo 452.375.2(6)) and Ms. Lincoln fined the costs and fees Mr. Stoneking outlayed to facilitate parenting time that was violated and to gain enforcement (RSMo 452.400.7) [The purpose of civil contempt is to remedy, not punish." Levis v. Markee, 771 S.W.2d 928, 932 (Mo.App.E.D. 1989). "A fine for civil contempt is remedial and provides a coercive means of compelling compliance with a court order and/or of compensating complainant for losses sustained due to noncompliance."] As testimony of Children's Mercy Hospital, Platte County Children's Division and Children's Mercy Hospital all stated that this conduct by Lincoln will damage his daughter emotionally and mentally, the court not only didn't change custody, the court didn't follow the law and restrict Lincoln's access (RSMO 452.400.2) "but the court shall not restrict a parent's visitation rights unless it finds that the visitation would endanger the child's physical health or impair his emotional development. " Substantial testimony from the CPS agencies was obviously ignored thus the law and how the custody orders should be written was ignored.

Now that you've seen the "what should have been done", and know the "what" that "was done", we see that April 30th was again another tragic day for a little girl in the Clay County Court system.

During the proceedings, Ms. Szczucinski attempted to willfully mislead the court and question Mr. Stoneking about non-existent battery convictions (we'll be posting the audio from the CD obtained from the court soon). She argued vigorously that this information is admissible "under the statute." That's nice. And frankly, perhaps that information would be admissible "under the statute" if it existed, but what she did was willfully, and on the record engage in violating the rules of professional conduct. The Court ignored Mr. Stoneking and eventually denied any sanctions, despite federal case law that proved Ms. Szczucinski attempted to mislead the court (139 F.3d 902) with her lies and manipulation.

Looking at the lies and manipulation, Ms. Szczucinski repeatedly beat the drum that father violated child custody orders, father violated court orders related to the child. Beat the drum as she did, the evidence showed that father followed child custody orders, including his Southwest Airline Flight History that showed over 200 flights to see his daughter on two companion passes for two consecutive years. Not only do the police reports, CPS reports and Respondent's own testimony show she viciously violated custody orders, the school records of the child's school showed that mother had gone to extreme measures at the school and had a formal hearing beyond the Court in attempting to block father's access to the child's records. The school appropriately denied the request, citing court orders, school board policies and federal law.

So we get to the end of April 30th. Lincoln is guilty of contempt for violating custody orders.
Lincoln gets an increased incentive pay to continue her behavior (as evidenced below). Lincoln draws no jail time, Lincoln draws no fine and even Lincoln's efforts on July 7th, 2008 in aggressively pushing false allegation of abuse to sabotage a Contempt Show Cause dates of July 9th, 2008 in which she went to extreme measures to tamper with the Judicial Process and circumvent custody order enforcement went ignored. And worst off, She retains custody of a little girl that she's been abusing for seven years.

Mr. Stoneking, financially devastated by this ongoing abuses against him and his daughter gets saddled with the lion's share of GAL bills, lawyers that exist soley because of the conduct of Shirley Lincoln. Shirley Lincoln tried to take out Mr. Stoneking yet once again with false allegations and her attack on him was two pronged. If she could not get him with false allegations, she'd at least harm him financially. That brings us to the NOW and Ms. Szczucinski's email below.
"Based on consistently demonstrated behavior, conflict will continue as long as they share custody of a child." is what is in CMH medical records from April 2007. Ms. Szczucinski's email is May 4th, 2009, showing these observations of the medical records to repeatedly hit the nail on the head..

"If you truly want to give up rights to Alexis-I am not sure if you can actually terminate your rights but if you give sole legal and physical to Shirley will no contact, no records, and you agree to STOP the books, blogs, and other contact about Shirley, Alexis, her family or friends she will agree to forego any future child support" (Click below for a full size image).

Why does this problem persist? Because the law wasn't followed and the evidence was ignored, again. Clay County has a public reputation for harming fathers, where mothers can harm men and children and they are the gender favored for custody.

On election day, use this performance data when evaluating Judge David P. Chamberlain. He'll be on the same retention ticket as Judge K. Elizabeth Davis. When the voters clear out a couple of chairs that we don't tolerate judges harming fathers and their children, the good old boys might get the message and actually start doing the job they get paid to do and they'll start actually doing it right. until then, it's pretty obvious. "Keep the circle of economic activity circulating moving in the good old boys network and they'll all be just fine."

Judge Punishes Child and Father for Mother's Contempt - Child Abuse OK in Clay County

June 10th, 2008, Chicago Father Bill Stoneking under the belief that he's picking up his little girl for her first summer vacation following the conclusion of kindergareten lands at the Kansas City International Airport. Once he lands and turns on his cell phone, he's greeted with the following text message from his ex, Shirley Anne Lincoln...

A callous, vicious and calculated attack on a helpless child by the mother to subject her to intestive and extensive physical and psychological abuse, that shows she premeditated her attack on both daddy and daughter and did so with the intention of violating child custody orders with false claims of abuse. Shirley Anne Lincoln's emails of May 27th and May 28th, 2008 show this intention as clear as day.

A four day trial ensued, December 8th and 9th, 2008. Court broke after those two days and reconvened on January 20th and then had a long pause in which it concluded on April 30th, 2009. Witnesses for Mr. Stoneking included Platte County Sheriff's Deputies who have taken reports and submitted criminal charges against Shirley Anne Lincoln for a variety of crimes, including interference with child custody and aggravated stalking and violations of orders of protection.

Other witnesses for Mr. Stoneking included Jill Hazell of Synergy Services, Crystal Godoy of Platte County Children's Division and Debbie Brookstein of Children's Mercy Hospital. All witnesses that testified that mother had coached, prepped or for lack of a better term, brainwashed Mr. Stoneking's daughter in attempting to validate Shirley Anne Lincoln's false allegations.

Looking at the history that is recorded on this blog, including historical audio excerpts of the trials, this is not the first time Lincoln has pulled this stunt. No, she's been pulling this Alexis' entire life and Judge Kathryn Elizabeth Davis previously condoned this behavior and awarded it with sole custody of Alexis. Bill's little girl placed in the care of a mother who viciously abused her.

At the end of the day tragedy struck again. For the second time in Alexis' life, her mother was found guilty of violating child custody orders. The court also found she repeatedly subjected Alexis to sex abuse exams. What did this child abuser get? A Pay raise. Yep, JuDge David Chamberlain didn't fine Shirley Anne Lincoln as the law allows for Mr. Stoneking's travel costs and wasted money to have his and his daughter's rights violated. No, not a single cent. He did give Mr. Stoneking compensatory time. A whopping 10 weekends, in total, about three weeks. Significantly less time than the two+ months of summer vacation a vicious abuser took away. To add insult to injury, the court ordered 5 of Mr. Stoneking's weekends take place in Kansas City, in violation of Article 4, Sec. 2, Cl. 1 of the United States Constitution. Equal protection of the laws was blown completely out of the 14th Amendment. Mother, instead of having child support terminated as allowed by law and necessary to provide the means for father and daughter to have their relationship and time fully restored, received an incentive increase in child support. And Mr. Stoneking is made to bear not only 7500.00 from a previous GAL that results from Mother's Misconduct and abuse, Mr. Stoneking is being made to bear the lion's share of the current GAL that exists again, as a result of the mother's conduct.

In the end, child custody that should have changed because it is in the best interest of the child to live with her father in Chicago where she's not subjected to mental, physical and sexual abuse as she is in the home of her mother, was not changed. In the end, the court facilitated and enabled the abuser, yet once again. The "Best Interest of the Child" again, ignored in favor of the best interests of the vagina.

In the end, Shirley Anne Lincoln caused thousands of dollars in damage for her false allegations of abuse. Guilty of contempt, the court did not fine her a single cent. It was clear that a mother can molest a child and that is repeatedly condoned behavior in Clay County Missouri. It was clear the abuser can cause not only significant emotional distress, but catastrophic financial damage as well and at the end of the day, the perpetrator was not held accountable in any measure. Shirley Anne Lincoln did not even get a slap on the wrist. Accountability absent, in total.

Crystal Godoy of Platte County Family Services voiced her disdain with the Platte County Missouri Prosecutor, Eric Zahnd for not having done his job to Prosecute Shirley Lincoln for child abuse charges submitted by Deputy Matthew Morton of the Platte County Sheriff's Department against no only Lincoln, but against her mother, Joelle Yvonne Rutledge as well.

Platte County has refused to prosecute nearly 100 crimes committed by Shirley Lincoln under the watch of Eric Zahnd. In Clay County, Alexis' welfare remains ignored.

Shirley Anne Lincoln is found guilty of contempt, but Alexis and her father are the ones being punished.

George W. Bush Comments on The American Family Court System

Folks, Honestly, George W. Bush did a great job at the start of 9-11. But after that, it was all down hill. And on his way down the hill of poor policy decisions, he made a startling disclosure of other poor policy practices in America that reflect accurately the American Family Court System. "Our enemies are innovative and resourcefull, and so are we. They never stop thinking of new ways to harm our country and our people, and neither do we." Location: The White house, Washington, D.C, Date: August 5th, 2004.

Perhaps if we eliminate Title IV-D, we'll come up with a creative and resourceful way to preserve the most important part of the United States, and that is, our family. Perhaps if we treat interference with child custody as it is... a criminal act of domestic violence, we'll stop some of the needless homocides and murder/suicides that plague the results of poor policy practices.

Perhaps if we stop criminalizing "child support" and start acting practicle, we'll make some inroads to STOP HARMING the NCP (non-custodial parent) relationship with a child and reduce tensions that lead to violence. Perhaps if we start enforcing child custody in a way equal to or even stronger than child support, we'll see a curtailing of family violence. Dollars aren't an emotional thing except to a greedy cash monger. Emotions are the key. Drainging someones finances is emotional, hijacking the relationship of one parent for another, without proper cause, that causes serious emotional distress. Handle the problem correctly and we STOP harming our country.

Think about it. If we hold women, as much as we hold men accountable, "equal protection" equally practiced, everyone would learn to play nice because no one would want to be the public poster child for being busted.

I know I may have misspoken myself here, afterall, the President was very clear "They never stop thinking of new ways to harm our country and our people, and neither do we." but maybe, really, if we stop thinking of ways to harm our country and our people and practice that as domestic AND foreign policy, the other folks "thinking of new ways to harm our country and our people" will stop thinking that stuff.

But who am I to bitch. I'm a father who has suffered in excess of 50 child custody violations in 6 years and the judiciary has allowed it to continue, unabated. So long as the Judiciary doesn't hold predominantly female offenders accountable, we can hold the judiciary accountable for the emotional and mental distress of fathers and for the resultant violence that ensues. I'm thinking of ways to STOP harming our country and I know there are a great many Americans as well as legalized foreign nationals in America that agree. Knock off the bullshit policy practices that affect the family here and we'll get a helluva lot more respect over seas. That isn't rocket science, folks and that's not political science either. That's plain old common fucken sense and folks here in America as well as beyond would love to see that in practice.

Alexis Stoneking - The Look of Sheer Happiness

With my ex feloniously concealing my daughter, I honestly don't know where she is or if my daughter is alive. I know that Shirley Anne Lincoln, with the help of her mother Joelle Yvonne Rutledge are criminally violating custody orders and they're are going to extremes to throw obstacles in the way. The last time I saw my daughter, she told me she was struck in the face with a pair of scissors by her 1/2 brother Christopher.

Abusers and Obstruction Medical Information, Munchausens Traits:
Anyone who has studied Munchausen's By Proxy understands that abusers like to obstruct non-custodial parents access to medical records in order to cover up their abuse. They work to keep the non-custodial parent away from being able to clue in the doctor. This my ex has been doing for six years. Her behavior well captured in medical records of Gashland Clinic, Jayhawk Primary Care and Children's Mercy Hospital. The conudct of both my ex and her mother captured in medical charts in efforts to obstruct custody orders and clear language of the care Doctors instructing the ex and her mother Joelle to 'Follow court orders!'

Trying to Keep Positive:
I remain optimistic for now that Alexis is alive. I'll share that I live each day, waking, not knowing where my little girl is. My ex is hurting Alexis, I know this. I've tried to prevent it, but Eric G. Zahnd, the Platte County Prosecutor, he doesn't want to do his job. Judge Kathryn Elizabeth Davis took a bribe and had exparte meetings with the ex to gain her license to abuse and Zahnd, he's the abuse license renewal agent. Dealing with those issues of corruption, proven with material evidence, all I have right now to keep my sanity are happy memories that my little one and I shared. Witness Tampering - Her Erratic Behavior Escalates

Well Folks, here we go again. Dealing with the state of Missouri who does nothing to deal with my domestically violent Ex. What happened again? Yesterday, 7/10/2008 I got a phone call at 4:55:40pm from one of my witnesses. He was upset, extremely upset. What Happened?

Here is what happened. My ex, the Respondent/Defendant who has my daughter right now criminally and contemptuously concealed in Missouri called him and threatened him. She is trying to bully him out of testifying against her for information that shows that she caused injuries to my 6 year old daughter by placing her in a vehicle operated by a 15 year old unlicensed driver. Yep, the ex's care of my 6 year old completely demonstrated by placing Lexy in a car that was T-Boned as a result of the 15 year old's failure to yeild to oncoming traffic.
The 15 year old, well, she got a ticket. She actually got two. The second ticket was for failure to maintain proper liability insurance. Yes, that's right, Alexis was transported by a 15 year old unlicensed child in an uninsured motor vehicle.

The ex, she's pissed because she's caught again, a three strike move of contempt.
1. Violating Child Custody (with the assistance of the 15 year old mind you) STRIKE 1.
2. Court orders state only a licensed driver can transport Lexy. STRIKE 2
3. Court orders state that Alexis is to be transported in an insured vehicle. STRIKE 3.

I took the time to subpoena the KCPD who took the report, however the KCPD balked on the Subpoena. Their lawyer, Lisa Morris who directed the North Patrol Division to refuse to take criminal interference with custody reports appeared in Court to quash the subpoena. I didn't get the report, but my ex accuses my witness of providing information information. What the ex doesn't realize is that the Court Records of the Kansas City Municipal Court are public records and I confirmed my data there. My witness happens to have further personal knowledge of facts surrounding the accident, including that my daughter was wanting to call me after she was injured. The ex, well, she never let Alexis make that call. She's making my daughter feel isolated, as abusers do.

Why did she tamper with my witness? That is her pattern of behavior, articulated over and over. When she is caught doing something wrong, she attacks those who catch her. She goes nuts, tries to threaten you, intimidate you, bully you to back down.

Let's demonstrate her conduct easily, shall we? We'll background this simply for you.
As we all know (or it you don't, you're finding out now), I wrote a book, 'The Diary of a Patient Man, A Father's Struggle' detailing the domestic violence suffered on my daughter and I that has till this very day been inogred, facilitated and condoned in Kansas City. To that, my ex went on and attacked my daughter on 1/10/2007. Her attacks on my daughter didn't work out for her so she went into her conniving mode, calculating her next attack on my daughter and I which wouldbe in the near future.

The near future arrived, her plan was laid out. It was now superbowl season with the Big Game day being 2/5/2007. For that weekend, the ex, who never does anything nice without having a dark plan behind it, let Lexy stay in Chicago with me. Why is she so nice all of a sudden?

The why she let Alexis stay in Chicago was for her to try to make public face, the mask of the manipulator. She thought she had back doored me with 'Dads on the Air' by manipulating her way in for an interview to detract from my book. John Stapleton and Peter Van De Voorde had notified me she was pushing for an interview and I had no objection. Here is an opportunity to show the monstrosity that she is. Throughout the interview she talked about the importance of contact, custody and positive relations. The kind of glib shit your hear pathologic liars spew, talking out the other side of their mouth.

Well, low and behold, the sneak attack in progress, she talked about Alexis being in Chicago with me, the superbowl, etc. She now thinks she's fooled the world, so now what? The first opportunity to violate custody orders she had, she took. On 2/16/2007, bam, from the caring person who talked so highly on the air, she went on to attack me again by violating custody. She took back the extra day and more. Her game. She doesn't give, she takes, that's what abusers do.

Well, the day of the attack was 2/16/2007. That day I went to pick up Alexis and had significant resistance from a Platte County Deputy by the name of Richard Ford in taking a criminal complaint. I called KMBC news in KC and Dick Ford, being a little smart ass threw out comments, especially, 'Who you gonna call next, Oprah?" Anyhow, little Dick really didn't want to do his job but was directed by his boss to take a criminal report of 'interference with custody.' Dick had no choice but to do his job now. That said, the ex was contacted regarding the criminal interference. What did she do next? Escalate, doe everything she can to avoid behing held accountable for her behavior. Yes, her abuse and erratic behavior escalated. She went on to attack my daughter Alexis again on 2/20/2007 and 2/26/2007. After attacking my daughter, she then tried to make false claims of abuse against myself. A pattern of violent conduct that has repeated for 6 years. I didn't learn of these attacks until I spoke with family services on April 13th, 2007. That wasn't until after the ex again violated child custody orders on 4/6/2007 with the help of her mother, Joelle. Joelle tried to harass me while Platte Deupty Woodrow Painter was pulling up in his police Cruiser. My phone rang, it was my then 4 year old daughter going off on me for sending over the police. I politely ended the call knowing the ex's mother was trying to brainwash Alexis. But, that didn't stop my ex-bmother in law from pushing the envelop.
Yep, she redialed my phone, but this time, I deferred the call to voice mail which wound up on a cassette tape with felony child abuse charges submitted by the sheriff.

So there you have it. The cause and effect. The mask of the abuser. When she's caught, she attacks and escalates.

Why is she still at large? Ask Eric Zahnd, he's the one who can stop this nightmare, he's the elected prosecutor. So, here we are today. Her escalation of abuse continues. She's harmed my little one, now she's harassing witnesses, trying again, to escape accountability.

I'm concerned for my daughter's safety, big time. This is the type of escalating behavior that leads to a dead child at the hands of a sick and desperate woman trying to escape accountbility for her actions and keep control. I am scared for Alexis, I'm now concerned for my witnesses.
She's scared and intimidated witnesses in the divorce and she's doing it again. The ex's third husband Michael told me how he used to hide in the bathroom in the bed room and how the ex would knock open the doors not unlike a football lineman coming through.

As my ex's behavior escalates and a day, August 19th, 2008 approaches (the next court date), I fear the worst. One of the psychologists I chatted with stated that the ex would sooner kill Alexis than lose control of her. And, if that happens, I don't want to hear the news media reporting a story, 'Mother falls through the cracks, Child Dead!', 'What could have been done to prevent this?'

I'm living every father's nightmare. I'm watching news stories that I've read come to life. My ex isn't falling through the cracks, she's being forced through them by a system that doesn't want to do its job. I hope that August 19th gets here quickly and that Alexis is guarded by the big 'G'
Alexis has a big brother who is only an angel, killed by the ex at 4-1/2 months gestation. As my dead son watches down from heaven, I hope he protects his little sister from the monster who murdered him.

Responsible Parenting - Teaching Respect - Rose & Daniel Tani

As I sat here this past fourth of July weekend, I missed my time with my 6 year old Alexis who is as I right this, illegally concealed by my ex in the State of Missouri. I had to sit here, dealing with the emotional and mental pain a father suffers when he is stripped from his child, and with my pain compounded by the dereliction of Duty by Eric G. Zahnd, superlawyer extrodinarie.

As I found ways to cope with the pain my ex and the derelict prosecutor were inflicting on me and my little one, one of the things I do to cope is to reflect on the cool things I do with my daughter, such as ride the water taxis in Chicago, go to Navy Pier, ride the Tiger Terror rollercoaster at Safari Land, race around the park, etc. Those are happy memories. Other happy memories I have are the times I show my daughter the kind things and respectful things in life. One of those moments I share here.

For those who know me, you know I live in Lombard, Illinois. For those who know Rose and Daniel Tani, you know that Rose was killed but a few short blocks from my home. You also know where Daniel was when his mother Rose was killed. But for those of you who don't know who Rose and Daniel Tani are, let me tell you.

America, for many of us, we think, 'With Liberty and Justice For All.' But then we see the nightmare of child custody and domestic violence I have had to deal with and ask, is there justice? Maybe, so far 'No', but we can only hope for change. And speaking of Hope, Hope for America is something Rose Tani had, and a belief I try to convey to my little girl. Rose Tani's story somehow put some hope back in me and a glimmer that my daughter I will prevail through the injustices suffered on us.

Where does this hope I mentioned come from? A little American History and a brief synopsis of Rose's Life will show you. Rose is the daughter of Japanese immigrants who married her husband Henry in 1940. Two years later, the couple and their son Richard were swept away into Japanese internment camps -- first in California, and later in Utah. Yes, Rose's family was discriminated against by America. World War II turned her whole family into a group of prisoners. This is an embarassment to me, to my family and a scar on the soul of this nation. And despite the hardship suffered on the Tani family, Rose bore no bitterness. Rose had her son Richard, her daughter Christine and her son, Daniel. Rose was 44 years old when Daniel was born and his father died when he was 4 years old.

Now that you know a little bit about Rose, here is the sad story I share. In December 2007, Rose Tani was killed when her car was struck by a frieght train at the railroad crossing only a few blocks from my home. Where was her son Daniel? Daniel was on board the International Space Station, orbiting our world, not scheduled to return to earth until January 2008.

Continuing, I reflected on the things the Tani family said about Rose, "She was very patriotic. America gave her opportunities," said Tani's daughter Christine. "Dan said the same government that sent her to concentration camps, sent him into space."

Hearing these things stated, these are matters that touch the heart and show a strong and quality value set, a value set I try to convey to my daughter Alexis. As I said a few paragraphs back, I try to do fun and memorable things but also, we do spiritual things, we do things that you can learn positive morals from.

With that, my daughter and I were on our way back to Missouri one weekend, returning as we're supposed to under court orders. When we go back to KC, we take two trains and a plane, starting with the train near our home. Yes, a few months back we had walked to the Lombard Train station which is situated near the crossing where Rose was killed. At that crossing still today there is a cross erected with Rose's name. That day Alexis and I stopped at this little memorial and I told her who Rose Tani was and who Daniel Tani is. Lexy and I then prayed for peace for the Tani family. The picture below I took to keep as a reminder of teaching our little ones Respect for others. When my little one grows up, I want her to have a great heart and kind soul. In this picture of Lexy praying for Rose, I share with you one of my happy moments as a father.

I close now by sharing with you a little more about the Rocket Scientist and a good kid from the neighborhood, NASA Astronaut Daniel Tani. Dan Tani, a Lombard native, graduated from Glenbard East High School in 1979. He went on to become a flight engineer on the International Space Station. His mother Rose Tani spoke with television news station, CBS 2 in October 2007 about her son Dan Tani's accomplishments. In looking at the values I spoke of above, Rose spoke on the value of fathers as she had stated then, "My one regret is my husband's not around, his father's not around to enjoy all this."

Rose's family as I see it, still gives me hope for a government that to date has failed my daughter and I. Perhaps the future holds that all of us fathers that are stock piled into the concentration camps of the family court system will find us released from a similar system of prejudice that imprisoned the Tani family.

Eric Zahnd - Competent or Corrupt? His Perceivable Actions Demonstrated By Factual Performance Data

Well Folks, you all got a chance to read my updated article on the DC thing and Zahnd's refusal to prosecute stalking. Yep, Despite an order of protection, stalking was ignored, or as you all read, brushed off and swept under the rug.

We must ask ourselves in this action and that is, 'Is Eric Zahnd protecting his girl friend?' You know, got something going, need to keep it out of the press. Sort of like the Bill Clinton/Monica Lewinsky thing. If Monica Kept her mouth shut (in more ways than one), it would never have gotten in the press that Silly Billy was dipping his cubans. Now, we look at Eric Zahnd and develop those similar questions.

Yes, with a prosecutor who refuses to prosecute child abuse, interference with custody and stalking (naming only a few, there are sooo many more, fraud, forgery, identity theft, perjury, false reports...and the hits just keep on coming....), you gotta ask yourself, 'is he gettin some?' Well, we have yet another letter to post, signed by the 'Zahndster' (There is no mistaking him for 'The Zohan') himself, again, refusing to prosecute his perceived 'love [gack] interest.'

Read 'The Zahndster's' below...But First, before you do, let me prefix this for you.

1. My daughter is supposed to be here in Chicago with me for the summer. I flew to KC to pick her up on June 10th and the ex told the Platte County Sheriff's Department that she wasn't coming. I flew back to KC on the 13th of June and again for Court on June 26 and will be back in Court on July 9th with more than half my daughter's summer vacation taken away by an abuser.

2. My ex has a history of violating court orders (of course if you downloaded the judgment of contempt from one of my prior articles or the several police reports, you already know that) with impunity. So far this is domestic violence aggressively supported by the system (ala Zahnd).

3. I fly from Chicago to Kansas City and often times return to Chicago without my daughter.

Now before we get to the letter below, I will warn you...reading it may possibly drop 20 points off of your IQ. That stated, I'll pose the question,

Q: 'How does a father who flies to Missouri to pick up his child violate child custody orders when he returns to Chicago without his daughter?'

A: HE DOESN'T.

That stated, let's see that letter and ask ourselves if Eric G. Zahnd was actually a Special ED student. You know, the ones that ride the short yellow bus. Competent or Corrupt? Read On...

Now that you've read his letter of June 24th, 2008, I don't know about you, but as I've shared my opinion before that I thought he was having an illicit relationship, and honestly, my opinion has shifted...to the confirmation side of the action in question. The question now goes from, 'Eric, are you having sex with my ex?' to the obvious...'Eric, How long have you been having sex with her?'

I think we'd all agree that Zahnd perceivably answers the first question with a resounding 'yes' in his refusal to prosecute stalking, and the second question is formed from the IQ dropping letter above.

Now as I move to the close of my article, I want my readers to understand this...I am not falsely accusing Eric G. Zahnd of having an illicit sexual affair. I am however stating my firm opinion and supporting my opinion with performance data by way of Mr. Zahnd's own signed letters and his track record of refusing to prosecute the ex for nearly 6 years. Now, I'll let you the reader form your own educated opinions with this simple performance data.

Honestly, If I were Zahnd's wife Tracy, I'd be filing for a divorce and if I were a Platte County Resident, I'd be demanding his resignation. Me? Well, I'm thinking lawsuit, big time law suit.

As it is posted on the internet, Zahnd is a 'Superlawyer' and to that I have to gag. If Zahnd is a superlawyer, I guess with his correspondence above, the entire trade is doomed.

A word of Wisdom to Mr. Zahnd, "If you consider running for prosecutor again (you were uncontested last time so get a grip on the bloated ego thing), I'd be prosecuting the snot out of the ex to shed the image you yourself created."

"That's all I have to say about that."

I rest my case.

Domestic Violence, It's a problem. When a man is a victim, my how the system stonewalls and tries to avoid solving or addressing the problem. As I state in my previous article, I took my trip to DC to meet with my senators (See Dick Durbin (D-IL) and I Below). There I presented Dick Durbin with a copy of my book, "The Diary of a Patient Man, A Father's Struggle" (order your copy at www.lulu.com/stoneking) which demonstrates the abuses of my ex and her crimes of domestic violence that have been suffered upon me and my now 6 year old daughter and the dereliction of Duty of Eric G. Zahnd, the Elected Republican Prosecutor of Platte County Missouri who enables and facilitates her behavior.

It was not only my ex's behavior that drove me to Washington, DC, but it was also the behavior of Eric G. Zahnd that drove me to the Nation's Capital. Why am I being allowed to be abused by a system where the laws in my opinion are pretty good? That is because, as I believe it, and this belief is strongly supported by 6 years of unprosecuted crimes by my ex, many which are Felonies that include child abuse charges, the prosecutor of Platte County, Eric G. Zahnd is engaged in an immoral physical relationship that he is trying to hide. I am not the only one that believes this, in fact a significant number of Platte County residents that know of my 6 year plight believe this as well. Why else would a prosecutor dodge on pursuing easy to convict felony charges? Because he doesn't want the Gal Pal to go public. As much as this is my opinion (supported by strong facts), you be the one to determine this on your own.

As I update you here, yes, you see that Dick Durbin and I talked about my book. We know that the ex stalked and harassed me in DC, now we need to know, what did law enforcement do to stop stalking in Platte County Missouri?

Well, the Sheriff's office kind of did their job. An arrest is appropriate and warranted, so they should not have relied on Eric Zahnd because the expectation of the public is that he isn't going to do his job. Either way, the Sheriff's office has two approaches to take (they still can excercise the arrest and put the public pressure on Zahnd to stop this behavior of the ex) and what they did was investigate the case. They obtained search warrants for the ex's phone records and determined she made calls to the United States Secret Service from her cell phone which transmitted on towers in Platte County giving jurisdiction of the Crimes to the Circuit Court of Platte County. They interviewed the Secret Service Agents the ex spoke with. They determined she violated my order of protection (Dupage County, IL., Case # 03-OP-1072) and was engaged in stalking. With that, they turned over the paperwork to Mr. Eric G. Zahnd's office. What ever happened to that case? I'll let Mr. Zahnd's letter below tell you what happened.

I'll close this article update with the statement, "Domestic violence against fathers and their children is a problem in Platte County Missouri and Eric Zahnd by his own hand shows that he is going to continue to allow crimes against the person."

Zahnd needs to be forced out of Office. He is a hazard to children and he is a hazard to fathers. He SUPPORTS, ENABLES AND FACILITATES FEMALE DOMESTIC VIOLENCE CRIMES AGAINST THE PERSON. HE SUPPORTS STALKING, HE SUPPORTS CHILD ABUSE.

Senator Clinton and McCain, Gas Tax Holiday = Mortage Meltdown, The Sequel

As I wrote in my article on April 22nd,

There is a sad time in our nation, the mortgage crisis caused by predatory lenders, preying on Big eyes and shallow pockets and America's thirst for a "Luxury Family Home" or "Luxury Condo", "Luxury This", "Luxury That."

I've listened to McCain and Clinton and their "Gas Tax Holiday" and thought "Do these people think America is filled with fools? Fool me once, shame on them, fool me twice...well, you know the phrase. Yes, we have a mortage meltdown in America. This is in part to uneducated shoppers with big eyes, andt the gullibility that the 'Mortage Company' was working for them, to get them approved for 'the max' they could get. What was the problem? Yes, American's honesty with themselves and their pockets. Lenders played on you, lenders preyed on you and that is exactly what Billary Clinton and Old Man McCain are trying to do. Yes, that is play on you and prey on you. Meet the Sequel to "America's Mortgage Crisis", "Fooled at the Pump" sponsored by Clinton and McCain.

What I wrote on April 22nd gets referenced again, "Now that we kind of understand that perhaps selfish desires played a big role in us being played as a sucker with pockets a little more shallow than we were honest enough to admit", we have to see Clinton and McCain being those predatory lenders wanting to "get us more." Yes, they want to trumpet the language to try to fool you that they are going to refill those shallow pockets. I tell America in the form of a song by the Who, "don't get fooled again!" Think about that, Did Hillary and John make your pockets feel bigger? Do you want to live in denial beyond that foreclosure you might be dealing with? Remember those predatory lenders that got you thinking you had deeper pockets than you really had? Well, are you going to let Billary Clinton and McPain McCain follow through on screwing you again? Or are you coming to grips with reality knowing that Obama is right and he truly is watching out for America.

As Billary said that Obama is "out of touch with ordinary Americans" as she campaigns, I have to say "Oh really now." Seems to me that the one clearly out of Touch is Billary. If you are in Indiana or North Carolina and reading this, be in touch with reality and Vote Obama. He isn't trying to sell you imaginary deep pockets, but Hillary is.

Mortage Meltdown, Family Meltdown! What Happened to "For Better or Worse?"

There is a sad time in our nation, the mortgage crisis caused by predatory lenders, preying on Big eyes and shallow pockets and America's thirst for a "Luxury Family Home" or "Luxury Condo", "Luxury This", "Luxury That." Sure luxury is nice, if you can afford it, but ask yourself, what ever happened to "pleasant" and "simple?"

Whatever happened to living within your means? Coveting is not a good thing folks. Coveting causes serious damage. And jealousy isn't productive as well, envy, that doesn't make you happy, does it?

Truly, being a greedy grabber can wind you up in the poor house, that is, if you can afford the mortage on it after that luxury home mortage of yours had you go belly up. Sucks, doesn't it?

So, how did this country get where it is? We'll take those big eyes and selfish desires and throw in the "credit machine." Maybe I'm being hard on calling wanting a big luxury home a "selfish desire", but hey, were you really being honest with yourself when you stepped into that septic field of finance? Could you really afford what you were getting into? Did you need that "luxury home" or could you have settled for say, something more in line with your real budget? Wants versus needs, amazing how people get stupid confusing the two.

Anyhow, getting back to how we made this mess in the housing and mortgage market, well, we continue by throwing into the mix a hard charging, motivated mortage broker willing to "work with you" on getting approved (for something really over your head) ... "We want to make sure that we get you the most money we can." Says Bob, the card shark mortgage broker. "We'll just tweak these numbers a bit..." AND POOF, With a little bit of Enron Style accounting you have a baseball field in Houston named after you. Oh, the dream of having such a big expensive home has come true, and then the rates adjusted and that first tax bill came in too. "Enron Field" just became "Fifth Amendment Field." That is America's problem, at least part of it.

I'm not a religious nut, or a bible beater, but in the 10 commandments (basic guidelines for life really), doesn't it say, "Thou Shall not Covet thy Neighbor's goods?" As much as George Carlin put it, "but that's good for the economy", it really isn't. I love George's blunt and honest comedy, but truthfully, keeping up with the Joneses isn't a good practice. And keeping up with the Joneses seems to be taking apart the American home today and sadly, it is a catalyst that is helping take apart the American Family too.

Now that we kind of understand that perhaps selfish desires played a big role in us being played as a sucker with pockets a little more shallow than we were honest enough to admit, let us look at a problem as deep as the mortage crunch and sadly, one that troubles me. This is the Mortage Meltdown and breakup of a marriage.

I was reading an article on MSNBC, Is mortgage crisis causing divorces and see that there is a correlation to mortgage busts and marital busts and I have to say to anyone contemplating divorce because of this, please, stop and think, "for better or for worse, in sickness and in health, for richer or poorer...", you know the vows, you took them the day that you promised to spend the rest of your life with the person sharing your "luxury" home with. I can understand divorcing an abuser, I divorced someone who lied to me in our vows and was a vicious and calculating abuser. Thankfully we never bought a house together, she drained all the money before that could ever happen. But for someone who truly married for love and friendship, those vows should stand through hard times.

Divorce can be a bitch on your finances if there is truly a "need" to split up, but I don't think a mortage meltdown causes a "need" to divorce. Mortage meltdown? Why take a financially hard time and make it more difficult? In a trying and difficult time as such, you should pull together, work it out, discuss solutions (other than divorce which isn't a solution). And if there are kids involved, that only makes the matter worse. Mommy and Daddy are breaking up because they can't afford our house, now, they can't afford to be parents together?

Children seeing the loss of a home can cope with and adjust to a new apartment if you have to scale back. Sticking together and working through this difficult time will teach your children modesty, to be money wise, to be conservative when they need to be by watching their parents being the good example.

In a time of financial crisis in this country, for those reading this article, if you know someone contemplating divorce simply because of a mortgage problem, tell them to read this and tell them to reconsider divorcing. Working out the credit crunch, you'll know what it is to work as a team and if you have kids, they'll feel that deeper bond because you were able to get through this dark time.

Yes, finances can be a trouble spot for a lot of couples, but you have to work together. Remember, "for better or for worse", you're in this together. Listen to each other's proposals, hear what each of you are saying, communicate productively. Remember, because A.R.M.s adjusted out of your financial reach doesn't mean that your loving ARMs have to stop reaching around each other. You can get through it, it'll just take a little work and a lot of cooperation.

Discussing Missouri's Government Failures with Missouri Senator Claire McCaskill

When I made my trip to Washington DC this past week, there was a purpose. To talk to our federal folks about the violations of federally protect constitutional rights under the color of law and the need to enforce 18 USC 241 to its fullest. I went on a mission seeking justice for families.

That said, one of the people I talked to was Senator Claire McCaskill of Missouri. I addressed the fact that Missouri is derelict in prosecuting the domestically violent crime of Interference with Child Custody and prosecuting women who file false reports and make false allegations of abuse. In short, I was talking with her about the catastrophe that the Missouri Family Courts tend to be. In the end of our conversation, McCaskill stated that the prosecutors and judges were the problem. She also acknowledged that the Platte County Prosecutor was a problem.

I left with the Senator several documents of the crimes against fathers and children in the state of Missouri and it is with hope and with my presence and the evidence that she'll do something. I will calendar another trip to Washington in the future (not too distant) to follow up if anything is getting done.

My Day in Washington DC Ends with Call from the Secret Service

By those who haven't read it buying it, then you'll be up to speed with those that have read Chapter 18, "Chapter 18 - The Secret Service Becomes the Kitchen Sink" detailing my ex harassing me after leaving Kansas City to escape her abuse by sending the United States Secret Service to my home.

That said, many of you are aware that I planned a trip to Washington DC on April 10th, to meet with Senator Dick Durbin and Barak Obama (the next President). Unfortunately, Senator Obama wasn't there. As many of you know, I am an Obama supporter first, a Ron Paul supporter next. Staying with my chat, I did have audience with Senator Durbin for a few minutes. I gave him a hard cover copy of my book, explained to him some of the issues that are in my book and the issues I collected from a number of other families affected by the tragedy put on dads and their kids and that him and I needed more time to speak in depth. As our talk closed, I was to talk to scheduling and setup more time to talk. That was cool. Dick Durbin has a reputation as a doer in DC and a guy who gets things done. My senator was the right guy to talk to. I left the morning coffee feeling pretty good and went up to his office where I talked to staffers, got more information on scheduling, shared a few laughs and then moved on.

From there I went on to pay a visit to Senator Obamas office to say "Hi." Funny, his office on the 7th floor of the Hart Senate Building was temporarily relocated to the basement of the Dirksen Federal Building (a Senator my Grandfather eulogized in Sept. 1969, small world) but my walk over there gave me an opportunity to see other offices on his floor. As I walked to his original office, I surprisingly passed the office of Missouri Senator Claire McCaskill. I decided to pop on in and to take the time to talk about the tragedies of family court in her state and brought in the failures and refusals of Eric G. Zahnd the Platte County Prosecutor and his refusals to do his job. McCaskill agreed that he was a problem and I had left her with the same exhibits that are posted in my previous article below. Oh, as a secret surprise, while I talked to Senator McCaskill, I had Mike Russo, the Missouri State Coordinator for F4J on my cell phone, listening live. For the events that happened, I'll let Mike talk about it. As it stands, the Platte County Prosecutor is a problem, yep, that was stated and witnessed by Mr. Russo and the constituency of the Senator who was present for the coffee. Alas, light shed on the problem.

Moving along, after leaving her office, I popped around the committee rooms, chatting with Military officers from different branches of service. I then headed to the Blue Line subway to Regan National Airport. After going through security, I went to my boarding gate for my flight back to Chicago. While standing at my boarding gate, (gate 43, US Air flight to New York, first leg), I got a phone call. It wasn't just any phone call, it was a unique one for the day and one that exemplified why I came to Washington in the first place. The phone call I got on my cell phone was from the United States Secret Service. Yep, that's what I said,"United States Secret Service." My ex called them to harass my day in DC, stalking me in violation of my Illinois Order of Protection, Case# 03-OP-1072, Issued from the Circuit Court of Dupage County, Illinois. An OOP inforce until November of 2008.

I spoke with Agent Dennis of the U.S. Secret Service who questioned me as to why I was in DC, when I got there, what I did, where I was and when I was leaving. Funny, as I walked to the Subway, I noticed a secret service vehicle on the street near me while I talked to two of the Army's Golden Knights. While I stood there talking, the secret service stayed there.
I even asked them where the subway was and they didn't know, they told me to ask a DC police officer at the corner. Funny, they seemed uncomfortable when I approached. After walking to the subway, I took a moment to go to the Capital Hill Club. When I came out and went back to the subway, there were two more secret service vehicles sitting roughly 90 feet from me, watching me. That was interesting I thought. As I later found out, the secret service was watching me. Neat, I'm a target of the American KGB.

This morning, before going to the meeting with Senator Durbin, I didn't think anything of it.
I called my little girl, Alexis to tell her daddy was in DC and might be meeting the future president. My 5 year old was excited. I told her that if I could talk to Obama that we'd call her kindergarten class. I didn't speak to my ex, didn't say a word other than I wanted to talk to my little girl. That conversation with my daughter is all it took. I guess we can say that the ex milked the information out of my daughter as to where I was. From there, Shirley Anne Lincoln of Parkville Missouri called the United States Secret Service. My ex was replaying her pages of the "Revenge Database" that she ran on me before.

Digressing to my call from Agent Dennis (1-202-406-8600) I told him of my ex, her history of making false reports, criminal fraud, forgery, perjury, etc. I told him of felony child abuse charges filed with Eric G. Zahnd by the Platte County sheriff (see Exhibits 3a & 3b in my post below) from a year ago as well as her other crimes of domestic violence ignored by Mr. Zahnd. From there I contacted the Platte County Sheriff and spoke with Sergeant Wells who is familiar with me the the nearly 6 year tragedy of my ex. I told him to contact the secret service in Washington. He and I will speak on April 11th.

Unfortunately while I was on the phone with him, I had to cut the call short. I was on a plane to New York. After getting to New York, I called back to Platte County only to find out that Wells was gone for the day. I then called agent Dennis back to let him know of my call and Wells would contact him the next day. While here in New York, my flight home to Chicago got cancelled and that is where I'm writing this article from now, New York. After getting my flight rebooked, I called agent Dennis back a final time, asked him for his fax number, that I wanted to fax him some of the articles of evidence that are posted here in the post below. He said that wasn't necessary, that my case was closed, if my ex ever calls them back, that the secret service will deal with her in their own way. I hope so.

So, in closing this article, yep, my day ended in DC with a call from the Secret Service. A Psychopath doesn't stop. Perhaps tomorrow/today (it's the wee hours) the ex will finally be charged with Felony Stalking. Perhaps all of her harassment, lies and abuse will come to an end.

That said, I have to close this article for now. It is 1:29am EST and I have to be at LaGuardia at 5am. A long and interesting day. I think I accomplished getting my presence and our issues out
and that I made a few steps in the right direction. As I interact with Senator Durbin's office, I'll let you folks know what results I get for us Citizens of the United States.

My day in DC has ended and so too now my night in New York must end. I'm tired. Good night everyone.

Note: I'll remove the Secret Service's phone number from this article when Shirley Anne Lincoln is prosecuted in Missouri for violating my order of protection and charged with felony stalking and felony child abuse and felony interference with custody as she should have been charged with 5 years ago. Until that is done, feel free to call the United States Secret Service (often) to to ask them about this and why they haven't arrested my ex, Ommama Bin Laden.

Also, Eric G. Zahnd's direct phone number at the prosecutor's office is 816-858-3478. I'll take this number off this article when Shirley Anne Lincoln is made to post bond (which she should be denied as a stalker anyway). Her high conflict behavior serves to harm my daughter so let's hold Eric Zahnd accountable.

Call the Secret Service, verify this claim, then enforce the Order of Protection a woman has continually violated without prosecution. She is a stalker and child abuser, tell Zahnd, do the job or find a new one. We are the people, we own the government and we want our laws enforced and our constitutional rights protected. I don't fear my government, I own it. That is the attitude we must all take and maintain, a Chicago Attitude. If you don't understand the Chicago attitude, watch the movie the Untouchables with Kevin Kostner and Sean Connery. Listen to Sir Sean Connery's voice when he says "The Chicago Way." A Dozen Reasons Why Eric G. Zahnd Should Not Be Platte County Missouri's Prosecutor

Below are twelve exhibits of evidence why Platte County Missouri needs to recall Eric Zahnd.
What do these demonstrate? That Eric Zahnd is a hazard to children in Platte County Missouri, that Eric Zahnd condones, licenses and facilitates female domestic violence against fathers and children and that Eric G. Zahnd condes, facilitates and enables a mother to sexual abuse a child.

As you'll see, the Platte County Sheriff did their job in articles 3a and 3b. As the public records will show in Platte County Missouri and from my personal conversations with Eric Zahnd, he hasn't done his job and not only that, he refuses to do his job.

What else does this evidence show? That Eric G. Zahnd, big man on campus, the chief tax collector of Platte County is also engaged in Federal RICO, refusing to prosecute crimes of domestic violence and child abuse while milking the Federal Government for Title IV dollars.
Yes, Eric Zahnd is involved very deeply in organized crime and should not only be removed from office, but aggressively prosecuted for Racketeering.

This evidence shows a domestically violent mother should be in prison, but, she's not there.
That is because Eric Zahnd doesn't want to interrupt the flow of Federal Dollars into the State.
Dollars which if the laws are enforced properly, Missouri doesn't receive. Fraud, Conspiracy to Commit Fraud, Child Abuse, Extortion, Racketeering. This and more. And Eric Zahnd is a "Super lawyer?" Perhaps super criminal, but not a super lawyer. A super lawyer would have already put this woman in jail. The Truth Stands Alone! You the reader look each and every exhibit over. Judicial Accountability Project Web - New Chat Feature Released

Hi Folks, it's been busy around here so keeping up on things can be a bit challenging. Besides working on my blog here on Victims of Family Court Violence and Corruption, I've been working on the designs of the Judicial Accountability Project Web amongst other related activities.
That said, the JAP Web has been a little slow in moving, but none the less, moving forward.

Right now you can access the sight and find all state home page links for the 50 States. This feature is found on the left navigation pane under "Informational Features." Just select the state you want to look at and the links for that state will be displayed in an easy to read grid in the center of your browser window.

Getting to the exciting new feature that is released this weekend...Online Chat. Jap Comm v1.0 (BETA) is now online. This is a single free online conference room in a BETA version that allows users from across the planet to chat and talk about relevant subject matters. At this time there is only one room and depending on the success and feed back this one room has, I plan to expand the number of rooms as well as enhance the functionality. Also, at this time, the room is wide open to anyone who wants to use it without registering. In the future, registration will be necessary as more features and additional functionality are placed in there, but as it stands, right now, it is there for you to check out. This feature can be accessed in the left navigation panel under "Extended Features."

Death by Davis, Another Father is Dead

Judge Kathryn Elizabeth Davis of the Clay County Missouri Circuit Court teamed up to kill yet another Father. Angela C. Meyer (Fomerly O'Banion), another distorted sick mother who has abused orders of protection and made false allegations of abuse, was sadly given custody of children that will never again see their father.

Sadly, I was notifed today (March 24th, 2008) by his widow Kim that her husband Shawn W. O'Banion (07/22/1975) was laid to rest this past Thursday, March 20th, 2008. Shawn was falsely accused by his ex of abusing his children and as a master manipulator had Mr. O'Banion charged with abuse of his children.

In proper use of the Court System, Mr. O'Banion had filed a family access motion in Clay County Missouri (Case# 07CY-CV11096) to gain access to his children. He had not seen his children in a significant amount of time and his ex had made threats over and over again that he would never see his children. A Man's children, a mother's property.

Despite his efforts, the ex-wife, Angela C. Meyer made certain to obstruct all proceedings with false accusations of abuse leveled against Mr. O'Banion. She went as far as to have a cell phone in a mediation session in Clay County where she was crying foul and calling the prosecutor's office to assist her in her vengeful behavior.

Previously, Ms. Meyer, f.k.a. Angela O'Banion had abused the adult abuse statute in Clay County,(Case# 07CY-CV03013). An order of protection that Judge Kathryn Elizabeth Davis forced down Mr. O'Banion's throat. Feeling trapped and that he no longer had any options, Mr. O'Banion ended his life. Angela C. Meyer needs to be brought to justice for the wrongful death of Shawn O'Banion. Judge Kathryn Elizabeth Davis needs to be brought to justice as well for the wrongful death of Shawn O'banion as she licensed the abuser, Angela C. Meyer.

I personally knew Shawn and met him in Platte City, Missouri in December 2007. Shawn was a father who was trying to make a better future for himself and his family. Of many things he did to have a positive and productive life, Shawn became active in Fathers 4 Justice in 2007.

Shawn is survived by his wife, his unborn child and the children he could not see as a result of family court violence and corruption. This should never have happened, yet another father is lost. This needs to change.

God Rest Your Soul, Shawn. Our prayers go out to Kim and your family. We won't let your voice be silenced.

Those of you that have been on the receiving end of the nasty part of divorce and child custody already know that if someone wants to hurt you, the system will let it. Emotionally, mentally, physically and especially financially. Getting displaced from your home can be very unsettling.

These things known, in an era of cell phones and who is the best, we have to remember land lines and our homes or what may be a temporary home. With cell phones, sure they are great to have. But no matter how many minutes your plan has, minutes is the key. They run out. Having cost effective home phone service is a wonderful thing, but as I said, getting displaced from your home can be very unsettling. Thus, the wonderful world of Vonage.

John McCain, Definately The Wrong Person For President

Anyone reading this blog got here because you were either referred here by a friend or an internet search. With 2008 heating up with presidential candidates, occasionally one says something that rules them out that the public needs to be alerted to. With the topic of parents rights and issues dealing with Title IV fraud by the States as well as the games that family court plays with children, one would want a president that truly cares about the American family to express an opinion that would support our wanting him as our president.

With that, I reprint for you an exerpt from from Glenn Sacks and his article, "John McCain on Fathers' Rights"

Aspiring Republican presidential candidate John McCain contemptuously dismissed fathers' concerns over family law at a mid-day town hall meeting in Cedar Falls, Iowa today. Shared parenting activist Tony Taylor asked McCain if he "would be bold enough to address the issue of equal access to children for fathers that have gone through divorce." McCain testily replied: "I'm sorry to disappoint you, I am not going to overturn divorce court decisions. That's why we have courts and that's why people go to court and get a divorce. If I as President of the United States said this decision has to be overturned without the proper appeals process then I would be disturbing our entire system of government... But for me to stand here before all these people and say that I'm going declare divorces invalid because someone feels that they weren't treated fairly in court, we are getting into a, uh, uh, tar baby of enormous proportions."

My McCain's statement shows that the most important part of America, The American Family isn't even on his agenda. Mr. McCain obvious has gone far on hot air, and now, I think he plucked a hole in his balloon. Mr. McCain may have been a POW, but obviously he is not truly an American Fighting Man. If the family isn't first, there is no America to lead. The best bet for America on the Republican Side is Ron Paul. What is your opinion? Judicial Accountability Project Web Cued Up

Well, you've heard me talk about it, now let's get it done. If you've read my press releases from last year, the plans for a judicial accountability website was mentioned. I had truly hoped to get feedback and participation from alot of folks, but as Jimmy Carter had put it in the years when he was president, it appears that the Country is in a malaise.

Truly, I was surprised by the lack of participation from the folks who have been victimized by the family courts but have none the less pushed to make what was stated a reality. Within the next week, the basic infrastructure of the Judicial Accountability Project web site will be online.

Hopefully my pressing forward will help the many folks in the observable malaise see progress is being made, efforts are being made and perhaps that will help motivate participation in reclaiming our government and judicial system.

Davis has violated the Rules of Professional Conduct as a prosecuting attorney. As a Judge, She has allowed a mentally ill mother to sexually abuse a 14 month old baby girl, she has refused to enforce and protect fathers rights, has misused and abused her bench when issuing orders of protection and is responsible for the murder of Thad Mize, who she denied an order of protection on 11/29/2001 and he was executed 12/12/2001. Her comment as to the death of Thad? "I had a bad day!" Davis has had too many bad days and has abused too many litigants and it is time to get her out of our courthouse, she's done!

Judge Kathryn Elizabeth Davis and her now Appellate Court Judge Friend, James E. Welsh have made it a routine practice to violate the Constitution of the United States and the Missouri State Constitution. It is time to send the Good Old Boys from Clay County to the Unemployment line.

The Diary of a Patient Man, Author's Blog Launched

Good Day to All.

As blogs have taken a new twist to the web, I felt that this would be a great vehicle in getting out the word on fathers and children who are victims of family court violence and corruption.

My name is Bill Stoneking and I am the author of the book, "The Diary of a Patient Man, A Father's Struggle" which is an autobiographical text that shows the domestic violence and abuse that my daughter and I have been subjected to in family court in Missouri. My book also illustrates how Associate Circuit Court Judge Kathryn Elizabeth Davis (Division 5, 7th Judicial Circuit Court of Clay County Missouri) and Circuit Court Judge James E. Welsh (Division 3, 7th Judicial Circuit Court of Clay County Missouri) not only condoned domestic violence against me, but also how they condoned my ex's vicious abuse of my little girl Alexis.

Action needs to be taken in numerous jurisdictions across this great (sorry to say, but at the moment, "no so great seems more appropriate") nation and my starting point is to clean out courthouses in Missouri, particularly starting with the 'Good Old Boys' in Clay County. In looking at this corrupt county court, you will see that Judges Welsh and Davis are the centerpoint of murder (Thadd Mize), suicide attempts by children improperly placed with unstable mothers, the suicide of a highly esteemed psychiatrist (Stanton L. Rosenberg M.D.) and of course, proponents of vicious physical and sexual abuse of a 14 month old by my ex and outrightly violating the United States Constitution openly.

You will see how both of these terrorist supporters (and of course we can consider them terrorists too, since condoning an action is just much part of the acts as is helping to plan it and execute it) helped to destroy families instead of protecting fathers and children's rights.
